Actually, I was really upset by Chikezie getting booted cuz he has an amazing voice. Some record label that does R&B really should be swooping in on him.
I'm more upset that Remielle (sp.) is still there. Not really sure why. I just don't find her to be very outstanding. At least Kristy found herself a decent song that suited her this week.
I still think David Cook will take it. He not only can sing...he can perform...and he can always show originality.

O.k. Heather...here's a scary thought....remember a couple of years ago when Taylor Hicks (the lesser talent of Katherine and Chris D.)"took it"...remember how the WORLD seemed to get behind this underdog??? I'm thinking...what if,...what if we are in an American Idol Twilight Zone where it's KRISTY that has this groundswell, this grass roots level support that crossed the universe and SHE ends up winning!!

Now I admit...I actually liked Taylor...but yeh, I was all about Chris and when he lost out I was in utter shock and disbelief but then I thought,...oh well, can't beat 'em, join 'em and so I got on the Taylor bandwagon! I was never really thrilled with Katherine.
So while I want Cook to win (he's just so packagable!)....I'm thinking (and I think you mentioned this?!)....if he doesn't....it could be a BLESSING....
And while I want him to win...maybe there is someone in the group that has support we just don't know or understand!

Well, yes...David Cook is going to be a star whether or not he wins American Idol. He could lose NOW and STILL be a star. For some of them that are still there, winning Idol won't make them stars, either.
As for Kristy...she has a good voice. It is her song choices/arrangements that have tanked. I think Nashville would snap her up and with the right ppl helping her choose the right songs/arrangements she could surprise a lot of ppl.
Chikezie could go far in R&B. I think Carly is another one that could go somewhere. Brook is great also. Michael Johns has a good shot. David A. has a good voice but I think he is a little too immature, yet for the whole business. He needs more 'kid' growing up time. As for Syesha and Remielle...not impressed.
And that is the Idol according to me...who knows nothing except what I like.

I couldn't believe Chikezie was booted! I like him! Kristy wasn't even in the bottom 3, which really surprised me. I really like Carly & Brooke & hope they go far in this competition. I think David is a shoe in for sure.
David Cook blew me away. I really loved it. I am so suprised Lil David is still there. He is adorable but just not Idol winner material. I like the Aussie guy too. Him and David Cook are my top final 2 picks.

Apparently lil' Davey has a backstage dad! But I agree Polar,...he's not seasoned yet. Jordin Sparks was the same age but she had more finesse, seemed more "polished", finished.
