Lil Pampers did one of my top ten fav. tunes of all times.."Longer" by Dan Fogleberg and he did it well BUT it was kinda' old for him...

To have Cook sing "The First Time (ever I Saw Your Face)" was the absolute melter of my life. sssssssssiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiighhhhhhh. He did well on everything else.
Syesha's 2nd song...eh. Not a good one for her to pick. The third song she did pretty good...needed a lot of energy.

I agree with you, David A. was/is good Syeshs (?) didn't have the songs that she could make hers. After all that's what the judges are looking for. David Cook has the rock agenda down pat. I don't want to miss a thing is a great song, but it might just be me, seems like the beginning of each of the songs he sang, was to low. BUT I believe he will go all the way. Just my 2cants. Now the "melter" for me was unfortunately LONGER, but I wish David had sang it...back in '79 that was one of those songs where when I heard it, I just wanted to be by myself, wallowing in the gooey-ness of it and thinking of this boy I was head over heels in love with...
